Hello safeishclothing,

I know you've been waiting for a solution. Our engineers are still working with PayPal for the fix.

If you haven't already, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team so you'll be listed in our list of affected users.

In the meantime, you can download your bank transaction manually. Please follow the step-by-step instruction in this article:

Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

If you need help with anything else, feel free to reply anytime.

In theory, since bank feeds when they work are included at no extra charge, there is no extra cost to you to Intuit when they do not work. You don't want me to start on how overrated the feature is anyway and that nobody should ever connect a bank account until they can prove that they can manually enter their transactions.
