The first invoice is paid by ACH and the second is paid by credit card

If you are running a B2B company, you can use a 3rd party processor to accept payments for free.

The fees vary on how you processed the payment, media-jve-gmail-

QuickBooks Payments charges a fee each time you process a transaction. I'd recommend checking our QuickBooks Payments website to know the latest rates.

You can also contact our QuickBooks Support Team to get an overview of these fees. They're equipped with tools to check your account and review the charges. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. On the Assistant tab, click Talk to a human.
  3. Enter your concern in the Type something field, then click the send icon.
  4. Click on I still need a human.
  5. Select Get help from a human.
  6. Choose Chat with us or Have us call you.

I've also added this article that'll help you determine how long it takes to get the customer payments in your bank account after processing them: Deposit Speed.

I'm only a few clicks away if you need assistance tracking and managing payments. We're always here to help you. Keep safe always!
