As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest clearing the cache in your internet browser. Every so often, the cache becomes full of older data which can slow down the system and cause viewing and performance errors in QuickBooks Online. The system will refresh when the cache is clear and you'll be able to work with a clean slate.
