QuickBooks Online (QBO) is designed to read receipts, extract information, and automatically match them to transactions. However, the system will only match them automatically if either the receipt or the expense transaction has already been added. You can also review whether both the date and the amount match and check if the transaction has already been matched to another one.
For iOS devices
- Go to your Settings and choose the General option.
- Find the iPhone Storage and tap on it.
- Click Offload App.
For Android devices:
- Go to your Settings, then choose Apps.
- Pick the QBO app and tap Storage.
- Click Clear Data.
