I can share some details about the W3 form, @barb-dave-henry.
The W-3 form available in QuickBooks Online is for employer's copy not the official form for submission. When you electronically submit the W-2s through our Online Payroll service, you do not need to send a separate W-3. Running Payroll Tax and Wage Summary has the details for W-3 as well.
Here's how you can access a report for Payroll and Wage Summary:
- Go to the Reports menu.
- In the Find report by name field, search and choose Payroll Tax and Wage Summary.
- Choose the Date Range from the drop-down.
- Select the Customize button to add some filters to your report.
- Click Run Report.
