Beforehand, have you encountered a bank error when connecting your bank account? This way, I can provide you with the best resolution.
Please know that you’ll not be able to download bank transactions past 90 days. if your transactions are older than 90 days, I’d recommend manually downloading them as an initial step.

From there, it’ll update all your connected bank and credit card accounts. Follow the on-screen instructions to continue the update if you encounter a message requesting additional authentication. Not all banks require this, but some do for added peace of mind.

Utilize the trial version of MT Online to isolate the issue. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed. If the same error persists, there is an ongoing problem at your bank or connection.
