Join nowHi @kamrynariel,
I'm here to ensure all the bank transactions you wish to import are entered in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
The maximum filesize for your .QBO file is 350 KB. In case it's more than that, I suggest you shorten the date range of the file. I see you've already imported a part of your .QBO file so what you can do next is to edit it. Remove the transactions you've already imported. This way, you can proceed with importing the transactions that aren't entered yet. Repeat this process if necessary.
You can also open this article if you encounter other issues while uploading bank transactions: Fix bank upload errors in QuickBooks Online. Here you can find a complete list of errors, along with its description and the steps you need to take to resolve it.
Don't forget to reconcile your bank account right after the import process. This is to ensure your QBO bank's balance agrees with your actual online bank's balance. Check out this article for the steps: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online. It includes screenshots for your reference.

This is a JOKE. I am fed up. I need a human being to help me with a technical issue. For $70 per month, you'd think I could get some satisfaction. But no. Just wait. I will be cancelling my subscription with the quickness.
I have tried, unsuccessfully, to message an agent in the Contact Us section. The page just churns and churns. Very frustrating.
