Why does self employed QB go from $17 monthly charge to $35?

Hi @samantha-simplyn,

I can share some information about the charge you received fro your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.

Current rates or charges are dependent upon a subscription's original rate. The subscription fee for QBSE is originally $35, but for first time subscribers, we offer it only for $17. Our Offer Terms states that after the discount expires, your account will automatically be charged with the regular service rate.

To learn more about our service agreement and see the plans and pricing, see our of our QBSE Sales website here: QuickBooks Self-Employed Pricing and Features

If you have further questions with your account's billing, feel free to contact our Self-Employed Customer Service. Click this link to get your contact options: Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support.

For other non-billing concerns, reach out to me anytime. I'll be more than happy to help. Have a nice day!
