Please know that you're always welcome to post any questions you have in this space. Have a great day ahead.
No nothing is working right. And because there is no reliable customer support that can be trusted I believe the hacker has gotten into my quickbooks online. I was misled when I told there was 24/7 tech support. I have not been able to get 1 person on the phone to help me finish the set up so I can actually get some work done. Your sales rep Rachel did a great job selling quickbooks online but my experience so far has been horrible.
I wish I could make it better, @MedHealth Medical - Sy.
I want to let you know that I'm here to listen and ready to help you accomplish your goal for today.
To start with, can you tell me more about what is the specific importing function you're having trouble with? Is it with the uploading of your transactions? Base on your initial post and responses, I still need to figure out where is the importing function you need help with.

Hello JonpriL.
I am just now able to get back to you because the last few couple of months have been very overwhelming. I was trying to secure my business from hackers while migrating my quickbooks data and getting QBO set up and ready to use. Fortunately, things are a bit more calm, however, I wouldn't say I am secure. T
To respond to your question, I was in the middle of uploading my entire database when the upload was interrupted and I had to start all over, including waiting for QB to prepare the file to upload again. That takes time. During the prep time, he was able to access my quickbook online account because the browser was open and he was basically remoting into my computer and so he could do whatever with his mouse that I would be able to do, and the first thing he did was go and upload his copy of my database file. I was not going to use quickbooks online with anything of his in it, especially a database file. One of the main reasons of migrating here was to start fresh. So now, I had to find someone that could tell me quickly how to purge the system of his database, so I could then upload my database again.
Thats why I was upset. I needed help if I was going to accomplish both tasks as quick as possible. Being quick was important because he could have really attached himself to my online account in many ways. When he discovered my desktop version, I saw that he was actually spending time learning it and analyzing it to figure out all the ways he could control it and use for his benefit later. Thats what he does. They are so good at being invisible, that they are not afraid of anything, especially bleeding your business dry slowly until youre left with nothing.
Since then, I have worked with a pro to purge my account of his data. Ive uploaded mine. I started using my recurring transactions from the online version and am fully converted over now. Today I edited my invoice template, but wish there were more editing and design abilities. Its very limited. The desktop version so far seems better to me, however, having the cloud and being able to work from anywhere, makes up for it. Any tips for a newbie that you think I should know?
Thanks,
Sy
