Let’s review your bank’s website to check for any ongoing maintenance issues that might be preventing the application from automatically downloading your transactions, Brooke.
Once you’re logged in, look for any updates, messages, or notifications. These messages should outline any actions you need to take. Common notifications include:
- New terms of service
- Announcements about maintenance or site changes
- New offers
If there are no such messages, we can proceed with a manual update to trigger the application to download the latest transactions. Let’s follow the steps below to get started:
- Go to My Apps and select Accounting.
- From there, choose Bank Transactions.
- Click the Update button to refresh the transactions.
