Why hasn’t my clients payment hit my bank account yet. It’s been six days?

Hi Stephanie. Let me share with you some information about online payment deposits.

 

When a client made a payment through a credit card, it takes 1-2 business days to reach your bank. However, bank transfer (ACH) payments can take 2-7 business days. The waiting period still varies depending on the time of day you enter transactions, which financial institution you choose for transactions to be deposited in, and how long it takes your bank to verify and process electronic deposits.

 

You may review the status of your funds, by searching for deposits in the Merchant Service Center

 

To check the status of processed payments, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to the Sales menu and select the Deposits tab.
  3. Select the bank deposit you want to review.

If the payment wasn't deposited within the given length of time, I suggest reaching out to our Merchant Services Support to check and investigate this further.
