If all entries in your register appear accurate, it's possible that the filters on your Reconcile page have been set differently, 6776. We can easily adjust them.
Let's go back to the Reconcile page. From there, you can click Clear filter / View all. This will display all unreconciled transactions of the affected account. I've added a screenshot for your reference.

If necessary, you can press the Filter menu (funnel icon). You'll be able to properly set the page for the transactions you want to appear.

Once the filters are set, you can proceed with reconciling the account. Afterward, you'll be able to close your books.
