It's possible that the Show bank details option isn't checked on the Banking page that's why you're not seeing them. If this is the case, here's how to make them show:

Great suggestion. I did that but still did not bring in transactions. Tried updating and still no luck. Any other suggestions?

Since your transactions still didn't download even after updating your account, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support. With their tools, one of our specialists can create a ticket linked with your account to be submitted to our engineering team for further investigation about this unexpected behavior.
