Mine gives trouble when I access QBO via Safari.  If I use Firefox, they update fine.  QBO does not play well with Safari.

The banking page won't update if the connection between your bank and QuickBooks Online is interrupted. Let's start with updating your bank account manually. 

 

Here's how:


1. On the left pane, select Banking.
2. On the Banking page, select Update.
3.  If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue Update.

By doing these steps, you can smoothly update your account in QBO. You can also call our Customer Care team for assistance. They can run a screen sharing session to check what's causing this and help you further.
 
Here's how you can reach them:


1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Click Help at the upper right corner.

3. Click Contact us.
4. Click on the green button that says Get a callback.
5. Fill in all the necessary information (First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Phone Number.
6. Click Confirm my call.
