So far, we haven't received reports about a connection problem specific to this bank. Let's try refreshing the connection by running a manual update on your account in QuickBooks Online.

Here's how:

  1. Select Banking from the left menu.
  2. Select the Update button in the upper right.
  3. Select Update Now.
