Buy nowLet's make sure your bank transactions are downloaded to QuickBooks, accounts-rhythmt.
I appreciate the effort of removing and reconnecting your bank to get those bank transactions. Before we go over with the troubleshooting steps, I'd like to know the name of the bank. That way, I can check if there's an open investigation about it.
In the meantime, let's perform another step to fix the issue. Since there's no error on the Banking page, downloads may stuck. You can do a manual update to get the latest transactions.
Here's how:
This updates all your connected accounts. The number of transactions in each account tile will increase if QuickBooks downloads new transactions.
You can browse this article and perform the solution provided in Steps 2 and 3 if the issue persists: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.
If transactions are still not coming through, you can download them from the bank's website. Then. manually import to QuickBooks and reconcile the bank account.
In case transactions are now downloaded and you've already imported them, you can exclude them. Doing this will prevent duplicate entries.
Let me know if there's anything else you need. I'll stay around until you're able to see those latest transactions in QuickBooks.
