Why wont my transactions from my bank feed update or download? this happens actually quite a lot, and frequently. and for $40/ month, it shouldnt

i always get the 101 message. this is now going on day 5!! ridiculous

Some factors can hinder the transactions to download, Spofbradenton. One of them is the error you've encountered.

 

It's a script error generated by the bank that indicates a connection issue with Intuit. This should be reported through QuickBooks Online. I'll help you how:

  1. Click the Report this Issue link within the error message.
  2. Enter your name and email address.

This will be submitted directly to our engineering team that resolves banking issues. You'll hear back from them within 2-3 business days with the resolution.

 

If you're unable to report it by yourself, please reach out to our customer care support so an agent can help you submit it. Here's how:

  1. Click Help inside QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select Contact us.
  3. Enter "Error 101" in the description field, then click Let's talk
  4. Select either Start messaging or Get a callback

In the meantime, you can use the WebConnect feature to import the transactions manually.
