Wondering if anyone can help. I am missing all my banking history from April 13, 2021 until November 29, 2021. It shows nothing between those dates. Any idea why?

Hi @theartandsoulsho, I'll share details about your transactions.

In QuickBooks Self-Employed, you can refresh the connection of your bank accounts to initiate an integrated connection so it can download your missing transactions. I'll show you how.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Transactions, select Bank accounts.
  3. Toggle to turn off the bank account you do not wish to be updated.
  4. Click Refresh all.

Make sure to select April 13 to November 29, 2021 dates from the Date drop-down menu to list all your transactions. I'll give you this article that will help you handle them:

I've also included this reference helpful with a compilation of articles you can use while working with your bank account and transactions: Banking for QuickBooks Self-Employed.

If you have follow-up questions about this or any other concerns with QuickBooks online banking, please don't hesitate to hit the Reply button below. I'm willing to help and assist you anytime. Take care and stay safe!

Thank you for the response. I have done both of these things and it made no difference. Any other ideas?

Thank you for your response. I have tried both of these options and neither of them worked. Any other ideas? Thanks again.

Thanks for keeping us posted, @theartandsoulsho.

I'm here to share some insights into why some of your bank transactions are missing.

Since updating your bank manually didn't work, in this case, you can verify with your bank if there's an ongoing issue on their end.

On the other hand, you can manually download the transactions before the 90 days from your bank's website to a CSV Excel file.

I'll be adding this article that tackles manually adding bank transactions to QBSE and avoid duplicate transactions: Manually import transactions into QuickBooks Self-Employed

For more information, I added some articles about handling your banking, taxes, tracking, and logging data.

Come back to our forum for other questions or clarifications with your bank transactions. I'm always here to help. Have a nice day!

Thank you again for the help. I also forgot to mention that my bank does not allow CSV downloads on transactions older than 90 days. All I can do is download PDF bank statements which I don't think helps me here, right?
