Once you found out that they're accurate, you can ask your accountant to perform some basic troubleshooting steps so the updates will sync on his/her end when opening the reconciliation.
Here are the steps:
Use a private browser or incognito window. This is a good place to start the troubleshooting since this type of browser doesn't store cache which can be one of the causes for such behavior. You can refer to the following keyboard shortcuts below:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Shift + N
If it works, close out the private window and clear the cache on the regular browser. This will remove previously-stored browsing data that might have caused the issue.
