This holiday weekend we are going to be changing the existing Rank structure in our community.
Why are you changing it?
We've received feedback from many users that the current rank structure doesn't make sense and isn't intuitive to follow. We are also working across all of the Intuit communities to make sure that members have the same experience no matter which community you participate in, and aligning our rank structures are just one small way to help in that endeavor.
The changes will be rolled out this holiday weekend, so if you see your rank change, don't worry, it's all part of the plan.
