There are no any option to create/generate and print Journal Voucher with signature. I need Journal Voucher option with your expert assistance or customization.

The Send a message option is unavailable to Community accounts who were just recently created. To enable this feature, you can keep on posting in the QuickBooks Community. You can also share your expertise through comments or replies to other posts.
In regards to the Journal Voucher, you can follow the workaround shared by Kristine Mae above. Additionally, you can check our QuickBooks Apps Store. From there, you can look for a third-party application that can generate a Journal Voucher.

Why do you need the journal voucher? Do you want to authorize every transaction?

You can always visit our website once you plan to purchase one. Although, the software is defaulted to US taxes. However, you can turn on the Multicurrency feature and use your currency as the default.
Regarding your question, you're unable to customize and print a Journal Voucher with signature. You can only print a Journal entry. Here's how:

Yes i need Journal Voucher print for audit purpose. In our region auditors check the signed hard copies of Journal Vouchers.

I do not think that you understand his issue. A journal entry voucher is a document that is prepared BEFORE the JE is posted. It contains the proposed JE and description/reason for the JE and is signed by the appropriate manager.
Without the signed JEV, an entry is not allowed to be posted.

The easiest way to proceed, in my opinion, is to create your own JEV and save it as a memorized report. You can then prepare and print or email the JRW to whoever needs to approve the transaction.
I am not sure how to get QB to pre-numner them.
