Auto create Invoice from pdf PO

I have several customers that place POs for my products by sending an email with a pdf purchase order.  For each I currently manually create an invoice in QB to send to the customer. 

Can QB read the PO pdf and automatically create a customer invoice (similar to how it reads receipts). This would save me so much time and reduce errors.

Currently, QuickBooks Online doesn't have the option to create a customer invoice automatically from a PO pdf. There are available apps you can integrate to make this possible. Just go to the App center in QuickBooks and locate it from there.


Here's how:


  1. Click Apps in the left navigation menu.
  2. Click the Browse Category drop-down menu, select Sync Data.
  3. Select the app you want to integrate.
  4. Click Get App Now and complete the following on-screen instructions.

Auto create Invoice from pdf PO

I have yet to find any app for it. If you are a wholesaler, consider having an inventory management app with B2B portal feature, Your resellers will place orders directly on the system and it will integrate with your QBO account seamlessly.
