Business Performance in my clients account

Hi, I can see the Business Performance tool for ratios and trends when I log in our firm's QBO but when I open my client's account, I go to the "Overview" tab to find their Business Performance (as the instructions say) but it is not there.  Any ideas?  thanks!

Business Performance in my clients account

Welcome to the Community, @SC49. I'm here to help ensure you're able to see your client's business performance and trends.

QuickBooks uses a cache to load files. When it gets full, there's a tendency you'll encounter an unexpected behavior like this.

To help us determine a browser-related issue, I'd recommend you use an incognito or a private browser. Here's how:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P.
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl Shift P.
  • Safari: press Command Shift N.

If you're able to see it, go back to your main browser and follow the steps to clear its cache and cookies. If the issue persists, try using another supported browser
