QuickBooks uses a cache to load files. When it gets full, there's a tendency you'll encounter an unexpected behavior like this.
To help us determine a browser-related issue, I'd recommend you use an incognito or a private browser. Here's how:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N.
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P.
- Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P.
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N.
If you're able to see it, go back to your main browser and follow the steps to clear its cache and cookies. If the issue persists, try using another supported browser.
