Client Specific Price Lists

Wondering if there is a way to send a client specific price list to that client.  My initial thought was an estimate but the footer totals all the items in the price list - $4,000 instead of $100 per item.  How would you send this list?  Can it be accommodated in Quickbooks or do I need to create a list in Word or excel?

Thanks for any and all suggestions!

Client Specific Price Lists

I'd like to share an idea about price list, robert_hunt.

Generating an Estimate for your clients inside QuickBooks is a great idea. You can also run a report for Product/Service List and customize it to add or remove some details.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports on Menu ☰.
  2. Select or search for Product/Service List.
  3. On the upper-right part, click on Customize.
  4. Once done, click on Run Report.

You can choose to email it to your client or print it. There's also an option for you to Export to Excel or Export to PDF.

Here's an article for the price rule feature. This will let you control the price of your products and services.

Just let me know if you have follow-up questions. I'd be glad to answer them. Have an awesome day!

Do you run a wholesale company? Consider having an additional app to manage your resellers. You may create multi pricelists and your resellers are able to check it in a portal anytime they need.
