Customer Name and PO Number on Email Template Subject Line

Is there a way to add Customer Name and PO Number to the subject line on an email template in QB Enterprise 2017 so they autopopulate instead of us copy/pasting them for each email?

For example, right now we have: Invoice 1111 from OurCompanyName

We would like to have : Invoice 1111 from OurCompanyName; CustomerCompany Name, PO 2222

Customer Name and PO Number on Email Template Subject Line

Hi there, @MariaA.

Thanks for joining the Community today. I'm here to help share some insights about adding a customer name and PO number to the subject line on an email template in QuickBooks Desktop.

Currently, being able to add the customer's name and PO number to the subject line on an email template in QuickBooks Desktop isn't an option for us. Instead, you can enter it manually by adding it to each corresponding email.

Here are some articles that you can also check out about customizing templates for your future reference:

However, I'd encourage you to check out regularly the What's new option on your QuickBooks to know the latest news and updates from QuickBooks including product improvements, company news.

To do that:

  1. Click on the Help menu at the top menu bar.
  2. Select on New Features.
  3. Click on What's New.

This should get you moving today.

Please let me know if there's anything else you need about customizing templates in QuickBooks. I'll be around to help you out. Have a great week ahead!
