Why can't I view both the billing and ship to address on the customer window? See attached. My customers having billing addresses and ship to addresses.

I can see how the benefit of being able to view both the billing and ship-to address on the customer window would aid you in managing your business using QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), @KathyP1964.

 

We take customer suggestions as opportunities to improve the various features within our products. Therefore, I would encourage you to send suggestions or product recommendations.

 

Your valuable feedback will be forwarded and reviewed by our Product Development team to help improve your experience while using the program. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Choose  Send Feedback Online.
  3. Click on Product Suggestion.
  4. Click on the drop-down for Type of Feedback and select Product Suggestion.
  5. Select the Product Area.
  6. Then enter your thoughts and suggestions.
  7. Once done, select Send Feedback.

 

I've attached screenshots below for your reference.

Hello, @KathyP1964. Thanks for the screenshot. 

 

You're right about that on the Customer Information page that only the billing address will display. Since the billing address and the shipping address only show under the Edit Customer page.

 

However, the shipping address doesn't reflect from there. Both billing and shipping addresses will reflect on your transactions.

Im not going to accept this as a solution as it doesn't help me. I have learned to put the shipping address in the Notes section so at least it shows on the screen. Maybe an update is in order to fix this.

Thank you very much. I just did send this feedback and really didnt even realize it was there. I will accept this and again thank you for your help.
