Customers view in new UI is bad (too many extra clicks)

The new UI that was permanently changed for us is NOT very efficient at all. Here's an example -> I used to be able to just click on Customers from the classic UI. Now I have to 1) click on Customer Hub. Once I am there however, I have to 2) click on a Customer, instead of opening past billing history as before, I have to then 3) click on View in profile, which takes me to the Customer profile page. This now also leads to extra clicks.

 

Is there faster way? Can I revert back to classic UI? When dealing with hundreds of customers all the extra clicks add up to a lot of lost productivity.

 

I do not understand the logic of forcing a new UI on all your customers so that we all have to spend extra time clicking just to see our customers past invoices. Is there no way to go back to classic OR at least skip the "view customer profile" page??

Hello there, @aoconsulting. I understand how important a smooth workflow is for managing your customers and maintaining high productivity during quick interactions. The classic UI is no longer available, as this new interface is a permanent design created to enhance user experience for better navigation and accessibility.

 

However, you can easily view all your customer invoices without going through them one by one by simply going to Sales & Get Paid, then Sales transactions. From there, you'll be able to see all your billing history in one place and use the filter options to quickly find specific customer, transaction type, or date range.

 

You can also click the Bookmark icon next to Sales transactions to add this page to the Bookmarks menu for easy access.
