Hi, markm5. Are you referring to the prepopulated notes, or the payor or transaction field?

QuickBooks relies on the data sent by your financial institution. If the labels are off, you can manually update them. Simply locate the transaction, click the Pencil icon, and enter the correct details.

The more you enter and categorize transactions, the more accurately the AI will suggest future labels and categories.
