Having the ability to download all transactions for all transaction types is helpful if it's available in the program. With this, I'd recommend writing your feedback directly to our product engineers. Sending feature suggestions enables our creators to develop a solution to enhance your overall QuickBooks experience.
Proceed as follows:
- Go to the Gear icon on the upper right side.
- Choose Feedback.
- Type your concern in the box and click Next.
Many of the program's current features are available because of user feedback. Also, QuickBooks has a website where you can vote and provide comments on any future suggestions. To access the page, visit this link: Customer Feedback for QuickBooks.
As a workaround, I'd suggest either utilizing the third-party app provided by Fiat Lux - ASIA or exporting the data one at a time. Then add all the transactions into one Excel.
To do that:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under Tools, select Export Data
- On the Reports tab, set the date range.
- Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tab by toggling the slider.
- Click Export to Excel.

You can also customize your other reports to export specific details of your transactions in QuickBooks.
