[Feature Request] Add proper surcharges

Dear QBO Product Owners,

I hope this is the right place for feature requests. If not, please feel free to point me in the right direction.

It would be nice if you could add the ability to mark services as surcharges (supporting flat rate and percentage) so that they could be added as line items to transactions. Most resources I find suggest making surcharges by creating a service with a rate < 1.00, and when using on an invoice, setting the line item's quantity to the invoice's subtotal. That solves the use case of something like "charging a 6% surcharge on an invoice subtotal", but this workaround makes it impossible to know if a service created in QBO is a service with rate < 1.00, or a "percentage surcharge service" (when using the API to sync data to/from QuickBooks)

If you are looking for inspiration and aren't already aware, QB Desktop achieves this by having ItemService for standard services, and ItemOtherCharge for things like surcharges, which supports distinguishing flat and percentage rates using the "SalesOrPurchase/Price" and "SalesOrPurchase/PricePercent" fields, respectively.
