financial exchange

During the financial exchange receiving activities are not been transfered to QB from POS. But everything else. Any suggestion?

Hello there, Marc92.

 

Missing activities after the financial exchange may be caused by one of these reasons: 

 

  • After the financial exchange, a backup was restored in QuickBooks Desktop
  • Transactions were manually deleted in QuickBooks Desktop
  • A different QuickBooks Desktop company file was opened

Before we start troubleshooting, I'd suggest downloading the latest release of both QuickBooks Point of Sale and QuickBooks Desktop.
