I have a client who upgraded based on the free bill pay option.....QBO support is now telling me that it's not free and here's a quote from our chat
"I'm sorry for that but this website is actually just a guide that let's you know that in QBO can pay bills. My apologies if this website is not complete and misleading. I will create a feedback over to our back-end team about this."
I've even attached a screenshot from their website.......what is going on?????

I understand why you may have needed to upgrade to receive the service, and the reason is that Bill pay integrates with QuickBooks Online Essentials, Plus, and Advanced. There is no monthly subscription fee for the service; however, there is a transaction fee for each payment processed, which is mentioned in our link.
