How to add a recurring line item to an Estimate saved as a template?

I know you can create templated recurring invoices, but I need to be able to include a standard flat fee on every Estimate my client sends, and there's no current way to do that from what I can tell.

 

We currently use Projects to group together all estimates, invoices, purchase orders, etc. for each customer's job (my client is an Interior Designer). Because of this, it's important for us to be able to "Add to Project --> Estimate" and that THIS estimate be the one with this recurring line item. Recurring Estimates can't be chosen from here, and my client gets confused. 

 

I would like to add her flat fee to start any project to appear in ALL ESTIMATES as a reminder for it to always be included. Is there any way to do this?

Let me help share some information about adding a recurring line item to an estimate.

 

At this time, we don't have the option in our settings yet to include a default item every time you create an estimate. We can either pre-fill forms previously entered or use the unscheduled recurring template.

 

It would be a great add-on to our feature if we could include this kind of option to remind all estimates that a certain fee should be included. I'd suggest sending feedback to our product developers so they can consider this in the future update.
