How to import specific expenses from Receipt Bank?

Hello, bennysmalls,

I'm here to guide you with importing your expenses into QuickBooks.

QuickBooks Online connects to hundreds of different banks. To set up your bank or credit card account, simply follow these steps:

1. Select Banking from the left menu.

2. Select Banking at the top.

3. Select Add Account at the top right.

4. Enter your bank's name or URL and click Search.

If you don't see your bank as a choice after following these steps, you have the option to request for it to be added in QBO.

Here's how:

1. Follow the preceding set of steps. When you enter your bank and click Find, you'll get the message, Sorry! We can't find your bank.

2. Click on the button Request to add my bank.

3. Enter your bank's website URL in the field provided, after first verifying it, the Bank name and your email address

4. Click Submit.

Here's an article for more details: If you can't find or connect to your bank (downloaded transactions)

If QuickBooks Online doesn't connect to your bank yet, or if you need to download more than 90 day's worth of transactions, you have the option to use WebConnect files. All you need to do is make sure your bank supports these types of file downloads (QFX, QBO, CSV, and OFX), so you can import your expense transactions from Receipt Bank. You may also reach out to your third-party provider for Receipt Bank to check if they have ways on how to import your expenses to QBO.

If you have any further questions, or simply need someone to talk to about QuickBooks, please don't hesitate to let me know. You can always leave a comment below and I'll be with you as soon as I can.
