How to send letter template to all customer by email ?

Let me share some ideas about sending a Prepare Letter to multiple customers in Quickbooks Enterprise.
QuickBooks will only prepare a letter and automatically download it to MS word or create a new one to enter information from scratch. However, emailing the letter directly through QuickBooks is unavailable.
We can save the file manually to our folder and use our personal email or any available one that we're comfortable to use in forwarding the letter to our customers. Then, attach the file to our email and manually send it to them. You may want to check our blog website in your spare time so you'll be updated with the latest releases features and review if sending a letter template is part of the update.
To create a customer letter, we can go directly to the Customer Center. Then, select Prepare Customer Letters by clicking the Word drop-down arrow.
