I need to be able to enter an invoice address and a mailing address. Why can't we have these multiple addresses as selections?

I need to be able to enter an invoice address and a mailing address. Why can't we have these multiple addresses as selections?

Hi there, @lsefcik.

 

Allow me to help share some information about the addresses when creating invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Only the billing and the shipping address appear when creating invoice, you can customize the addresses by going to the customer's information.

  1. Click on Sales at the left pane.
  2. Select Customers.
  3. Select a customer.
  4. In the customer's page, click Edit.
  5. You can add/update the the address under Billing and Shipping address.
  6. Click Save.

To add the shipping address field, you may check Shipping under Edit invoices that turn heads and open wallets.

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Custom Form Styles.
  3. Select the invoice template and click Edit.
  4. Click the address area and click Content.
  5. Put a check-mark on Shipping under Display.
  6. Click Done.
