i need to set up multiple users

I need to have at least 3 licences for 3 users.  I need to be able to have 3 people able to work from quick books at the same time.

I'm happy to walk you through how to add license seats so more users can simultaneously access your QuickBooks Desktop company file.


Here's how: 


  1. In QuickBooks, go to the Help menu, then select Manage My License.
  2. Select Buy Additional User License.
  3. The page that opens gives you the option to buy additional licenses online or by phone.
  4. To find current pricing information, click the Add Seats Online link.
