I am looking at setting up Quickbooks for managing a small Apparel Retail Business with 2 branches.
Which Quickbooks offering(s) should I be subscribing to.
I need something that can manage inventory, purchase records and receipts, customer data and also perform accounting functions.

You will have to manage inventory and utilize the Class feature to records HO and branches data so conisder QBO Plus or Advanced.
Then you may consider having an inventory management app with mobile sales feature to integrate with your QBO. You may start exploring from these apps.

Best option is QB desktop plus QBPOS Pro.
QB Desktop does the financial, and QBPOS Pro handles the day to day operations including inventory. QBPOS Pro is the only version of QB which has matrix inventory (attributes), you need that for clothing, tires, shoes, etc. ALL other QB products require one unique inventory item per sku. QB POS updates QB desktop automatically.
