To add a location to your products, you'll need to be subscribed to QuickBooks Online Plus. If you need to upgrade your current plan follow this link. Using Classes and Locations allows you to track important information so you can see which areas of your business are thriving. Location tracking is a great way to categorize data from different departments or outlets of the same company. You can use Classes to track transactions by departments or product lines so you have a clear visual of each area when it's time to run reports.
