They'll be able to help you out with setting up your inventory sku system.

I don’t know anyone in Kanas City sorry. But, unless I’ve misunderstood what you mean, setting up SKUs for your inventory is pretty straight forward (and are used for tracking your inventory or services).
You'll need to manually enter the SKU's.
Click on the Gear icon.
Select Product and Services.
Click on Edit, under Action.
Enter the SKU's.
Click on Save and close.
If you’re having a writer's block, there are SKU generators online that can help you make these SKU’s (FYI: it’s an external link).
