Is quickBooks support having single tenant to manage multi-companies

I am looking for a solution for my accounting team to manage the company financials.

They are managing more than 10 companies. So, the solution must allow them to do so

Most of the companies are B2B service companies.

 

That's has been said,

As per the Saudi government regulations, the solution must have an e-invoicing module where finance can release invoices with different layouts to clients

Let me share more details about setting up company files, YasserPure.

 

QuickBooks Online is a web-based version. You can subscribe to it if you want a cloud-based system. Go to https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/ and choose Saudi Arabia. You can also set up the QuickBooks Desktop to a cloud server. 

 

Visit the QuickBooks products page and find the right product for your business.

 

Currently, one user can only work with one company file at a time. You can visit the QuickBooks Desktop Apps and see if there's a third-party app that can integrate to QuickBooks Desktop and allow you to work multiple files at the same time.

 

For API concerns, you may visit Intuit Developer Community so our developers can assist you with it.

QuickBooks has a lot of options for you, you can either use QuickBooks Desktop Accountant or QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. Both are recommended to handle more than 10 companies and a large amount of data.

Are your clients located in Saudi Arabia? You have to open one QB Online Global version for Saudi Arabia account for each company to manage.

As another option, consider using QB Desktop 2021 Accountant version. You may purchase a one time license of it to manage multi company files. Deploy a private cloud if required.

Yes they're located in KSA and so as me.

Currently I am utilizing this product, I already have QB deployed on Cloud server and my finance team can access the server anytime anywhere.

The issue is, as per the new Saudi regulations

The accounting system must be integratable. Hence, should be Cloud-based

 

Secondly, I don't want to sign out and to change the company. Specially, my accounting team are managing more than 10 companies and I need 5 bookkeeper accounts (50 account ???)

It doesn't make any sense

What do you mean with "integratable"?

Not sure honestly about the product, will ask my finance team 

 

Integratable means solution should have API (even if not accessible now)

 

Currently finance team is managing more than 19 companies

QB Desktop and QB Online supports API. There are also hundreds 3rd party apps available in the market supporting both platforms. You should ask your team about my last question. How many company file do they need to open at the same time on the same screen.
