Is there a way to easily access invoices as PDFs and save them with the Invoice title/customer and project name?

Hello..

Can anyone tell me - or direct me to - how I can easily access PDFs of my invoices.. I have followed the directions "print" an invoice and save it from a browers window - but this seems lie a lot of steps..

Also, once having done that, the PDF autmatically saves with a name that is generic "Print2"..

Is there a way to easily access invoices as PDFs and save them with the Invoice title/customer and project name?..

Thanks..

Hi AGold,

I've found that the method you're using is the best for being able to save individual invoices as a PDF.

Your browser should allow you the option to choose where you're saving it and also what the name is. Chrome will prompt you each time and let you change the name before saving.

Would it work better for you to have a PDF that has multiple invoices from a single customer in it?

Let me know what you think.

Go to print Preview then use the dwonload icon on top right and you can download it as PDF and save it under any name you like

Hey @AGold,

As @Oggie1947 mentioned, the method you described is the quickest and easiest way to save individual invoices (see screenshot below).

Are you looking to do this for a batch of invoice?
