Let's work together and send the invoices successfully in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
One possible reason the invoices were not sent is an incorrect email address, so it's important to ensure that the email address is accurate.
After verifying, we can also reset your email address to refresh the connection so that you and your customers will receive the emailed invoices. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon, then select Account and settings.
- In the Company section, click the Edit in Contact info.
- Review each email address and make changes as needed.
- Click Save, then press Done.
