My team is missing the Client Collaborator Messaging Tool (also labeled Activities)
I'm able to see the 'Activities' section to write messages to my team within QuickBooks Online for any bill or invoice, but my team is missing this Client Collaborator Messaging Tool (also labeled Activities) and I'm not sure how to activate this important feature for them. We used to all have it, but now they're missing it.

This was currently reported as an ongoing issue in QuickBooks Online, and our product engineers are diligently working to find a resolution.
We’re continuing to work on solving for this unexpected behavior and we would want to let you know once we come up for a fix. To receive resolution updates via email, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Care Team to be added to the list of affected users.
