Re: Paying personal purchases on company credit card.

Hi there, @1403.

It's good to have you here in the Community. I'd be happy to share with you some information about using your company credit card when paying vendors in QuickBooks Payments.

If you're referring to QuickBooks Payments, this feature allows your customer to pay your sales transactions directly through credit card. Their payments will be deposited straight to your account.  However, if you wish to pay your vendors using your credit card, I'd suggest visiting our Intuit Market Place. This is the best avenue to check out for an application that suites to your business needs.

Also, here's a helpful article about setting up a credit card in QuickBooks that you can check out for your future reference: Set up, use, and pay credit card accounts.

If you need additional assistance with this matter, feel free to get in touch with our Customer Care Team.

To do that:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Desktop company.
  2. Select QuickBooks Help.
  3. Click Contact us.

This should get you on the right track.

Please let me know if you have any other questions about this concern. I'll be around to help you out. Have a great weekend!

This is your Topic's Title: "Paying personal purchases on company credit card"

Let's review that you don't Put Personal charges on a company credit card. That is called Commingling. That is not business expense. You don't get to treat the company business card as your personal borrowing tool.
