QB Options?

Advice: My nonprofit CPA/Controller has QB 2016 Desktop (PC). We are hiring a bookkeeper for more day to day. Opinions on whether we do QB online or buy a cheap laptop and install QB 2019 Desktop (PC)? What troubleshooting issues might we run into. CPA/Controller lives out of state from bookkeeper and provides oversight sometimes needs to help run reports etc

QB Options?

Thanks for joining us here in the Community, SCU1.

QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online have different platforms. Some of the Desktop features are not compatible with the Online version.

You can visit our website for more information. Let me guide you through.

QB Options?

QuickBooks doesn't give you all the functionalities, you can always move from QuickBooks online to QuickBooks desktop to get the full desktop functionality. If you have QB desktop then it way more easier for you to manage your non-profit clients account. I know a company called Apps4Rent they provide Virtual Desktop and you can also purchase QuickBooks license from them. The best thing you get when you host your QuickBooks Cloud with Apps4Rent is 24/7 true technical End-user support by phone, chat, and email. I think you should try them once.

Regards,

Adrian
