Quickbooks Desktop Premier vs. Intuit Payroll Account

I'm new to Quickbooks and have already created and made myself as primary in the Intuit Quickbooks account. We use QB for payroll as well. Do I need to create another account in Intuit Payroll? I'm only asking because I'm currently unable to send invites to employees for access to their check stubs, W2s, etc.

Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

Quickbooks Desktop Premier vs. Intuit Payroll Account

Hello DavidHernandez,

Welcome to the QuickBooks community! I know how important it is to make sure you have the right QuickBooks Desktop subscription and that your company file is set up correctly. I'm here to make sure you get the information you need.

Since you mention W2s and an Intuit Payroll Account, it sounds like you're using QuickBooks Desktop US. Your question here is in QuickBooks Canada's community. The best way to tell you're in the correct area of community for your product is to check the flag at the top of the page. If it's not the one you need, simply click to switch it to another.

Not to worry, I'll connect you with one of my US colleagues this time around. Hang tight and someone will be by to answer your question as quickly as possible.

Take care!

Quickbooks Desktop Premier vs. Intuit Payroll Account

Thank you for reaching to the Community.

I know how inconvenient it is when you unable to send invites to your employee to access their paycheck, @DavidHernandez.

Currently, the status of the investigation is still in progress where users are unable to send invites in Workforce. Rest assured that our engineers are working hard to resolve this issue permanently.

To ensure you'll get an update about the resolution status, I recommend reaching out to our Technical Support Team. They have to collect personal data to add your company and product to the list of affected users and provide this number for easy tracking: INV-31222
