Looking for best, easiest CRM app to use with QBO. 1x lead/client entry, access to proposals in pipeline two way syncing. I've seen reviews about double clients after a sync - not good!
Would like to be able to send emails relating to a specifice estimate, be able to review 'lost' estimates etc.
Have you tried any of the existing CRMs such as Method? Are you looking for pure pipeline (end-to-end sale, like SalesForce) enhancement, or getting deep customer insights?
This is a good point. Something I've observed at all the companies I've worked at during the current digital age is people focus on finding the best "new tool" to solve a persistent problem. This is a great approach, but I notice that people get fatigued jumping from system to system.
Instead, I recommend folks try to apply the tools they're already comfortable with to new challenges. Depending on what you need to track and the complexity of those needs, a CRM may be overkill. For instance, Excel can be set up to do tons of tracking if you normalize the data.
Good recommendation. What do you think is the key benefit over other available CRMs?
Also, in your experience do you see the need to balance the number of tools a small business has to manage in a day? Do you ever run into "profile fatigue" and if so, how do you help your clients navigate?
Insightly is very intuitive and easy to use!
We tend to integrate only one or maybe two apps at a time depending on the clients skills. We always use QuickBooks Online as the base software and then build on that from there adding more apps as we go depending on the clients individual needs.
One... or two? hehe.
Do you find more than that, it becomes more work just to manage the management?
I love this framework below - whether or not someone uses QuickBooks as the sole basis, deciding which one serves as the basis makes structuring the rest of the work so clear.

@lynda would be your fan.
I use 17 hats. I love the automation piece. Generate lead>Create quote>contract>invoice>integrates with QBO. Not too expensive.
Still waiting on the customer portal piece.
