App for post supplier invoices, which includes SKUs for QBO Plus

I will appreciate it if someone could suggest an app that can help me to post supplier invoices that include SKUs into QBO Plus. The invoices are in pdf format.

I have checked out some QBO apps like AutoEntry and Hubdoc but they could not post the SKUs. With ChimpKey, I learned they could create a template that would bring all the details I require into QBO but pricing for initial setup and ongoing subscription was too high.

Thanks.

Re: App for post supplier invoices, which includes SKUs for QBO Plus

I had the same problem some months ago and I tried many apps but they could not post SKUs. Here is the solution that I found eventually:

1. Use this free app 'Convert PDF to Excel' to convert your invoices to Excel. Find the app at this link:

https://www.pdftoexcel.com/

2. Subscribe to 'SaasAnt Importer/Exporter for QuickBooks Online'. It costs US$10 a month which is pretty affordable. It works well with QBO Plus and you can use it to import your your invoices or bills into QBO. Once you get the 'mapping' right, you can post hundreds of items with SKUs in a short time.

I hope this helps.

Hey Grace (@Grace14),

While there's only one review for Label Connector, it seems to fit your criteria. I've never personally used it but it might be worth downloading a trial.
