Currently, the option to add a pickup date to an invoice and search by that date is unavailable in QuickBooks. However, I can offer you a workaround to help you keep track of your transactions.
To track the pickup date, you can create a custom field for your invoice called "Pick Up Date." This will allow you to add specific information to your sales and track it through reports.
Here's how:
- Go to Settings and select Custom fields.
- Click Add field.
- Enter a name and check the box for All Sales forms.
- Select Save.
Once done, you can now create an invoice and use the custom field to track the pickup date.
Additionally, you can run reports like the Transaction List by Date report in QuickBooks and customize its column to display the information you entered in the custom field. Then, press the Ctrl+F shortcut key to easily search for the pickup date.

Additionally, you can run sales reports in QuickBooks to gain a better understanding of your purchases, sales, and inventory status.
